Port Kavkaz, located on the Kerch Strait in Krasnodar Krai, Russia, resumed operations on November 29.
The port was forced to close due to a severe storm on the Black Sea in which four ships sank, an oil tanker split in two, and left at least six sailors dead, on November 11.
