Armenian President Serzh Sarkisyan underlined the importance of political stability in Georgia at a July 21 press conference, the news agency Regnum reports. Sarkisyan said Armenia is dependent on Georgia as an export route.
“I will have opportunities to meet Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili in the near future with the aim of finding new possibilities [for cooperation],” he said.
Armenia has a closed border with both Azerbaijan and Turkey.
