The most successful Georgian companies

Internet newspaper Kommersant gives a rating of the most successful Georgian companies. The rating had three major criteria: The brand should be consumer-oriented, designed for the Georgian market and produced in Georgia and have a Georgia resident owner. Banks were excluded from the rating.
According to this rating the most successful companies in 2008 were Aversi pharmaceutical services, PSP pharmaceutical services, Elit Electronics, Borjomi mineral water, Populi supemarket, Nikora food processing, Goodwill supermarket, Tegeta motors, Natakhtari beer and soft drinks and Kazbegi beer and soft drinks.
