Population anticipates price increases on foodstuffs and medicine

The ACT polling company has published the results of a recent survey which demonstrates that there is widespread public concern that food and medicines will significantly increase in price over the coming six months. The population thinks that the prices of clothes and other accessories will remain about the same, but expresses its concern about food and medicine, staples of any home.

There are certain items which the population expects will go down in price, including real estate, cars and domestic appliances. People expect however that the price of land plots will increase.

1,800 adults from different regions of Georgia participated in the survey.
