Will Georgia take additional IMF credit?

Recently the IMF listed Georgia amongst the 78 poorest countries in the world. This means it is eligible to receive double the credit which was previously due, USD 1.5 billion rather than USD 750 million. However the Georgian authorities claim that they don’t want to claim this extra funding.
Of the already granted USD 750 million Georgia has received and utilized USD 400 million. Deputy Minister of Finance Dimitri Gvindadze states that no extra credit is needed as the situation is under control.
