Foreign Policy ratings

Influential American journal Foreign Policy has published a rating of so-called failed states. This analyses the performances of 177 countries against different parameters, with the more problematic the situation, the higher the rating.
Somalia has the highest rating, followed by Zimbabwe and Sudan. Georgia is 33rd. Among post- Soviet countries only Uzbekistan has a worse rating than Georgia, at 31st. Tajikistan is 37th, Kyrgyzstan 41st, Moldova 54th, Azerbaijan 56th and Armenia 101st.
