Azeri military doctrine

It is assumed that during the autumn session of the Azeri Parliament the national military doctrine will be discussed.

Azeri military expert Uzeir Jafarov says that such documents usually identify the countries considered enemies and friends. Most Azeri analysts are not identifying most of the friends or enemies of Azerbaijan at present. However they are unanimous in citing one country as an enemy and aggressor. Azeri MP Panakh Huseyn thinks that there is only one country which can be labelled the enemy of Azerbaijan, Armenia.
