Polish analyst Grzegorz Pozharlink has stated the major obstacle to the successful development of the EU Eastern Partnership Programme is the unstable situation in Ukraine, Belarus and Georgia. The analyst pays most attention to the situation in Ukraine, which is a matter of concern for Polish security.
Pozharlink has stated that neither Poland nor Ukraine shows signs of establishing better relations with the other. He said that Ukraine and Poland have different priorities and this creates challenges for the EU which will eventually undermine the Eastern Partnership Programme's success.
