GUAM still breathes

The leaders of the GUAM countries – Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Moldova are planning to meet during Astana Summit today. It is also possible that Belarus President Lukashenko will attend the GUAM meeting because recently it has become very important for Belarus to join the project of pumping Azeri oil from Odessa, Ukraine to Brody, Belarus. Some time ago the pipeline transported some oil in this direction so maybe this option will develop further. At least Azerbaijan, Ukraine and now Belarus are seriously interested in the project.
