Arab states’ unrest could influence South Caucasus

Analyst from Yerevan State University, Hayk Kocharian believes that recent developments in Arab countries could influence the situation in the South Caucasus. Kocharian commented that in Armenia the population is not satisfied with either the domestic or social-economic situation, nor are they are happy about the country’s foreign policy. It is hard to predict whether there will be a repetition of Tunisia or Egypt but some activities in this direction are predicted.
