From April, Azerbaijan will start providing Belarus with its light oil. The oil will be transported to Odessa Oil Terminal from where it should be pumped to Brody, and onwards to Mozir where it will be processed. The implementation of the project started in February this year. Some technical operations are being done currently and, during 2011, Belarus will receive approximately 4 million tones of oil from Azerbaijan.
