Investments in Armenia decreasing

Investments in the Armenian economy in 2010 reached USD 1.5057 bln which is almost 41% less than in 2009. From this amount, USD 553 mln is FDI.

In 2010, there was a serious increase of prices in Armenia as well. Since the beginning of 2011, consumer product prices had steadily risen while inflation in February 2011 reached more than 12%.
