The state budget for 2011 has been amended – allowing for some additional revenues. As the government assures the population, this has been caused by an increase of GDP. If initially economic growth was targeted at 4.5% it can now move to 5.5%, moreover, it might become possible that in the second half of this year country’s economic growth could reach 6.5%, at least this is the vision proclaimed to population by the Ministry of Finance. However, independent analysts are challenging this optimism and, regardless of their buoyant words, we will see the real situation in a couple of months.
