Income for 60% of the respondents is less than average

Polling carried out by the NGO 'Fair elections and democratic international society' showed that almost two thirds of those interviewed in Georgia receive less than the average salary. More than 35% of those asked earn less than GEL 200 and around 24% less than 500 GEL income. The research was carried out in February 2011 and around 1100 people were asked.
