Custom procedures to be simplified between Georgia and Ukraine

The Revenue Service of Georgia and the Customs Service of Ukraine signed Memorandum on the simplification of customs procedures between the two countries.
The Head of the Revenue Service, Jaba Ebanoidze and the Chairman of the Custom Service of Ukraine, Igor Laletnik signed the agreement on September 1, expressing their intention to create a joint action plan. The two partner countries will regulate certain legal issues and exchange necessary information, according to the memorandum.
Igor Kaletnik also met with members of the Georgian Chamber of Commerce to discuss projects for the customs sphere and new issues. Along with Jaba Ebanoidze, they also discussed the perspectives for increased trade between the countries.
