In the 10-point Strategic Plan presented recently by the Georgian Government one of the targets for the future is to keep its foreign debt to not more than 60% of the total GDP, so it envisages a decrease of foreign debt by 25%. As for interest on the debt it should not be more than 9% of the state budget and no more than 3% of GDP.
