Ukraine to persuade Poland to finish construction of the Odessa-Brodi oil pipeline.

Ukraine and Poland are considering the construction of Brodi Plotsk segment of Odessa-Brodi oil pipeline, which would facilitate the transportation of oil from the existing Odessa-Brodi pipeline into Poland. As it is known Ukrainian oil is transported by tankers from Georgia into Odessa where it is pumped into the Odessa-Brodi pipeline. So it would be more profitable for the participants in the project to transit oil from Odessa via Brodi to Poland. If the negotiations yield some positive results Azerbaijani oil company SOCAR will sign special agreement with Belarus, Ukraine and Poland.
