David Onoprishvili an economist from the Free Democrats stated that currently the 2012 Georgian state budget is the most opaque ever submitted by a Georgian government. All amounts designated for different ministries or institutions are not detailed. They are only segmented into salaries whereas the second category of services and logistics have no details at all. Onoprishvili thinks that this is done deliberately to conceal from population where the money goes. Onoprishvili also commented on foreign loans the country has and possible developments.
