Azerbaijan to invest in Turkey

Azerbaijan is planning to invest $17 billion USD in Turkey to construct an oil refinery and a hydro energy power plant, with $300 million dedicated to a new shipping container terminal. The country also intends to invest in the Trans-Anatolian gas pipeline.
