Agreement to be concluded between Azerbaijan and Turkey

This week, an alleged agreement will be signed between Turkey and Azerbaijan over the construction of the trans-Anatolian oil pipeline. Presumably, Azeri president and the Turkish PM will sign this agreement in Istanbul. The agreement concerns the construction of the so-called Trans-Anatolian Pipeline (TANAP) construction. Although the NABUCCO project has not been rejected completely, it looks like Turkey and Azerbaijan currently have become more interested in the Trans-Anatolian project.
