Two major players in the forthcoming elections are ruling administration and the Georgian Dream coalition. However, there are some smaller parties who do not directly belong with either of the sides. The New Rights party is one of them. In its pre-election campaigning, the party has selected anti-monopoly tactics. They do this by attacking the ruling administration and its policy of promoting pro government monopolies- in particular, healthcare services.
