The peculiarities of the national movement election list

The list submitted to the CEC by the UNM is very interesting and provides way too much speculation. The list contains 155 names, out of which 65 are the members of the current parliament which is 42% of the entire list. Among the 65 members there are people who have been in parliament for the last 15 years and their political careers started from Shevardnadze’s period. The list contains 14 members who are “unemployed”. This includes 7 ministers and deputy ministers, two governors of the regions, one mayor and one 85 year-old pensioner. In the list there is Ramaz Nikolaishvili, Koba Subeliani, Andrew Urushadze, Levan Bezhashvili, Goga Khachidze, Giorgi Vashadze. (Ministers and deputy ministers). Governors: Giorgi Ghviniashvili and David Gagoshidze.
