Georgian Dream giving up some projects

There are certain projects which have been promoted by the Saakashvili administration that will not be implemented by the new leadership. These include Lazika city, the new port between Kulevi and Poti, Zugdidi airport, Trump Tower in Batumi and four luxurious districts in Tbilisi. In addition, Parliament will return to Tbilisi (though it will require the necessary constitutional changes in the parliament), and the new administration will abolish the promise by the UNM regarding the 1,000 GEL voucher. The hybrid corn project also will be abandoned, some analysts think that all these adventurous projects were the sole initiative of President Saakashvili and no serious expert opinion, research, feasibility studies were carried out in regards to any of those projects.
