UN prognoses Tbilisi population

A new report on the situation in cities around the world in 2012-2013 was prepared by the UN. The Georgian capital appeared on this list which covers more than 600 cities. Unfortunately for the country, Tbilisi is listed highly among dying cities. The criteria of the report are based on the condition of life, industrial productivity, infrastructure and social justice. In the list, Tbilisi is in 15th place among 28 dying cities. There are such cities as Donetsk (Ukraine); Budapest (Hungary); St. Petersburg, Voronezh, Volgograd, Novosivirsk, Saratov, Samara, Omsk, Ufa and Chelyabinsk (Russia). In the same list there are the cities of Rome, Havana, Prague, Bucharest, Monrovia, Yerevan and Seoul. The fastest developing cities contain 20 Chinese cities out of 30.
