The price of fuel

The newspaper Kvela Siakhle calculated the recent changes in the price of fuel in Georgia. Of course the major factor determining fuel prices is international prices. The second determinant is customs clearance. Then VAT is added as well as transportation costs. Individuals involved in the energy business claim they want to keep costs down; however much of the Georgian public think that fuel distribution companies have agreed to fix prices.
