Expenditure of Karsi-Akhalkalaki railway increases

Journalist Eliso Kiladze in an interview with Kviris Kronika drew attention to the fact that the expenditures of the Karsi-AKhalkalaki railway construction has been increasing since the beginning of the construction work. In 2007 the project started and 402 million USD was spent. In 2009, the expenditures increased to USD 600 million, while in 2012 it reached 774 million USD. According to the journalist, the previous administration of Georgia had made some corrupt business transactions.
