Georgia ranks 66th in tourism in World Economic Forum report

The World Economic Forum published the results of its research on travel and tourism competitiveness for 2013 where Georgia holds the 66th position. First comes Switzerland, followed by Germany and Austria. Among the post Soviet countries, Russia heads the list in the 63rd position, Ukraine comes in 76th, Azerbaijan 78th, Armenia 79th, Kazakhstan 88th, Moldova 102nd, Kyrgyzstan 111th, while Tajikstan is 112th. Turkey is ranked in the 46th position on the list and Iran is 98th.
