The EU has once again warned the Armenian leadership that it is impossible to be a member of the Customs Union and have the free-trade agreement with the EU simultaneously, Head of the European Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee Elmar Brok commented on Radio Liberty. According to Brok, the EU free-trade agreement cannot be signed with the country that is in alliance with the Customs Union with Russia. Not only Armenia, but other countries that are members of the Eastern Partnership should make their choice. If Armenia still decides to join the Customs Union, the EU will have similar relations with Armenia as it has with Russia.
