Azerbaijan increases business activities in Turkey

SOCAR is the Azerbaijan State Oil Company which is very actively operating worldwide, in particular among its neighboring countries. It is seen that SOCAR Georgia, a daughter company of SOCAR Azerbaijan, owns a large portion of oil and gas stations in Georgia, as well as oil product import into the country. SOCAR is also active in Turkey where it has a daughter company – SOCAR Turkey Enerji. Currently, SOCAR envisages enlarging its assets in Turkey and remaining the largest oil distribution company in the country.
