In the first three months on 2013, the Ministry of Finance has been carrying out treasury liabilities of 120 million GEL. It was written in the state budget that in 2013 only the emission of 150 million GEL would be possible, while in the three months the country has almost exhausted its limits. The current administration had been criticizing the former government for issuing extra treasury liabilities, while now the governing Georgian Dream coalition promises it will not exceed the limits of issuing these liabilities. According to the Ministry of Finance, it is carrying out its activities according to the country’s financial policy, which is strictly regulated and well managed.
