Georgia ready to transfer KazTransGas-Tbilisi's management to Kazakhstan

Georgian Energy Minister Kakha Kaladze intends to pay a visit to Kazakhstan later this month to discuss the situation around KazTransGas-Tbilisi Gas Distribution Company, Kaladze told the media on Wednesday.
"We are ready to transfer the company's management to Kazakhstan and discuss the terms of this transfer." Kaladze said.
He stressed that he is ready to fly to Astana after Easter.
Kaladze said that the Georgian Ministry of Energy has to discuss certain matters with Kazakhstan-based KazTransGas company in Astana.
KazTransGas-Tbilisi Company is currently run by the Georgian government. This decision was made two years ago after the company owed $80 million in taxes to the Georgian government. (AzerNews)
