Natural gas becomes more expensive for Armenia

The natural gas provider companies ArmRosGazprom and Transgaz want to increase the tariffs on natural gas for the Armenian population. Armenian industrialists say that a gas tariff increase will cause negative economic results. Analysts suggest that the Armenian government should establish certain benefits for those segments of the industries that rely on gas; those that produce and export goods. Otherwise, there is a risk that these enterprises will stop functioning.
