Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili has approved a plan of action for implementing a cyber security strategy for 2013-2015.
Georgia's Cyber Security Strategy is the main document for the determination of the state policy in the field of cyber security, which has been worked out by the permanent inter-ministerial coordination committee for strategic national security documents under the Security Council, the Security Council's office said.
The strategy aims to conduct the measures required to establish a cyber-safe sphere in the country that will ensure security for state bodies, the private sector and civil society in cyberspace.
