As the National Wine Agency of Georgia reports that in January-July 2013, more than 12 million liters of wine was exported from Georgia and revenue of more than $47 million USD was received. Most wines are exported to Ukraine, followed by Russia, Kazakhstan, Byelorussia, Poland, China and Latvia. It is a pleasant fact that more and more wines are exported to Russia. Presumably, if the tendency continues, Russia will become the number-one export country for Georgian wines in the next year.
