The country’s leadership stated that if economic problems strike, the state budget will be fine and that all commitments would be fulfilled. The opposition, meanwhile, criticizes the government and speculates about the worsening of the economic situation in the country. In the first six months of 2013 the country accumulated more revenue into the state budget than in the same period for 2012. There is a deficit in the VAT compared with the last year. There are also certain parameters which give ground to some skeptical and appositionally oriented analysts to see an alarming situation. So, either the situation should radically change in the second half of 2013 or the country will have to take loans.
