Women in Georgian parliament

According to the World Bank survey Georgia comes in at 134th place with regard to the number of female MPs in the legislative body. In the list, in first place is the African state of Rwanda. Where there 56% of the members of parliament are female. Next comes Andorra with 50%. Cuba also has 50%. Fourth is Switzerland at 45% female. The rating displays that Germany comes in 26th, France 27th, Poland 59th, UK 65th and Italy 73rd. Among the post-Soviet states, the leader of the rating is Belarus with 25% of the members of parliament being female. Azerbaijan is 102, Russia 119, Armenia 142. The worst situation is in Ukraine at 151.
