11 years anniversary of the Baku-Tbilisi –Ceyhan pipeline

On September 18, 2012, construction of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline began. Work on the pipeline finished in 2006, at a cost of $4 billion. With completion of the pipeline, Georgia became an important transit point for oil and natural gas from the Caspian Sea.
