The tax code to become clearer

According to the order of the Minister of Finance, Nodar Khaduri, a special group was established to work on the selection and changing of certain aspects of the tax code which are not clear enough, or sections that are too ambiguous.

In particular, it is important that Article 4 of paragraph 2 which gives the right to the ministry of finance to interpret norms according to its own subjective decision.

There is an item in the tax code, which defines a company as a small enterprise with 30,000 GEL turnover annually. In Europe, for instance, the margin is 2 million euro turnover. (The Messenger)
