Turkish-Armenian relations

Turkish Foreign Minister Akhmed Davutoglu has recently stated that the process of normalizing Turkish-Armenian relations is underway. Davutoglu mentioned the resolution of historical issues and the establishment of a peaceful settlement between Armenia and Azerbaijan as two major facets of this normalization. Preferably, these issues should be dealt with simultaneously.
