Events in Ukraine and the western economic sanctions on Russia have already yielded some results – the Russian ruble is dramatically falling.
The trend continues and presumably if Russia does not stop its aggression, it will further continue. As the Minister of Economy of Armenia Vahram Avanesyan stated, this process may negatively influence the situation in Armenia.
He suggested that special measures should be taken to prevent Armenia’s economy from collapse.
