The Georgian government has started working on an anti-hail system strategy in the Kakheti region in eastern Georgia, which will eventually protect the agricultural sector and grapes in particular in Kakheti from natural calamities.
During the Soviet period, such kinds of special technologies were intensively used in the region. Mortars launched some devices into the hail clouds so that the clouds were eventually dissolved. And that would save the agricultural sector from unpleasant developments.
