On April 7, The Writers' House of Georgia offered theatre and literature lovers a presentation featuring Davit Gabunia’s plays.
Apart from writing, Gabunia holds the position of literary manager at the Royal District Theatre and is the winner of the Duruji award, which is one of the most important and prestigious awards in Georgian theatre..
Gabunia’s book unites four plays produced at Poti State Theatre, Rustaveli National Theatre and yet another one currently in production at the Theatre and Film University.
The author stressed the importance of describing the ongoing masculinity crisis in the Georgian society, identifying this as the leitmotif of all four plays presented.
