More unemployed males than females in Georgia

According to the research carried out by the Young Georgian Economists, the level of unemployed males in Georgia in 2006-2012 was 16.4%, whereas among the females it was 13.9%.
The research also shows that the number of unemployed people in the urban districts is higher than in the rural regions.
Out of 1,000 people, there are around 275 unemployed in the urban regions and 73 - in the rural regions.
