According to the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA), the country’s banking system is stable. The interest rates for the loans have gone down. The terms have become more convenient for the borrowers to pay back.
President of the CBA Artur Javadyan informed the parliament about these novelties. Javadyan supported the initiative according to which the number of money exchange offices should be decreased as they serve the shadow economy.
