The Grand Ballroom of the Sheraton Metechi Palace hosted the presentation of Bravissimo.ge on May 23. Bravissimo.ge is the idea of Bravo Records and is in partnership with the Caucasus Online and Branding.ge Company, with a partnership with GEOLINE, Sixty Three Bits and Karaoke.ge.

From now on, under the slogan Respect Music, Bravo Records gives an opportunity to those who love music, to buy licensed Georgian and foreign music from an innovative web portal that Bravo Records presents with its partners.

To download a Georgian track will cost 50 tetris and to download a foreign track will cost 90 tetris.

“I do not know a better way to show off the love to your favorite performer, rather than officially purchase their work,” President of Bravo Records Zaza Shengelia said. Shengelia said that unfortunately, not everyone has the luxury to attend the live concerts of their favorite musicians, while from now on everyone can take part in creating official charts.

The content of the web portal’s foreign products will be available only for Georgian customers. However, Georgian content will be available all over the world.

Bravo Records and its partners were working on creating the web page for three years.

Bravissimo.ge received a license for selling the foreign content from one of the Sony Music record label.

Authors of the idea promise that Bravissimo.Ge will offer new, exclusive and 100% legal products to its users all around Georgia. The web portal will be the source of news and entertainment at the same time.

Friday’s event was attended by Regional Managing Director of Sony Music Arina Sukhova.

“I am very happy that Georgia finally decided to fight piracy. This web portal will give an opportunity to Georgian performers to reap the results of their work,” Sukhova stated.

Introducing the web portal, Bravo Records wants to establish a “new culture” of consuming music in Georgia so that not only those who live in Georgia, but those who are staying abroad can have access to various online services including karaoke, merchandizing, memorabilia, and CDs.
