Armenia’s official bodies responsible for the development of tourism consider that the countries entering the Eurasian union will increase the tourist inflow into the country, eventually helping to develop tourism infrastructure.
Armenians hope that the entry into the organization will make the country even more popular among international tourists. Armenians especially look forward to increased popularity of their country among Russian tourists, as well as among the tourists from other members of the Eurasian Union. Currently Armenia is hosting around 1 million tourists annually.
