Russia is simultaneously supplying arms to both Azerbaijan and Armenia. In 2013, Moscow supplied Baku with 10 tanks, 10 combat armored vehicles, 438 different artillery systems, and 25 combat helicopters. In the same period Erevan received 35 tanks, 110 infantry combat armored vehicles 50 missile systems and 200 vessels of different types. Even a rough observation shows Yerevan was supplied with more armor compared to Baku. It should also be mentioned that Armenia is receiving better prices from Russia.
