U.S. Honeywell shows interest in hydropower potential of Georgia

Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili met with a delegation of the U.S. corporation Honeywell.
The main theme of the meeting was the investment environment and the economic potential of Georgia, the press service of the government of Georgia said Oct.23.
Prime minister said that he especially welcomes the investment projects of the U.S. companies in Georgia, as the United States is the country's strategic partner.
Garibashvili informed the guests that Georgia offers a stable political environment and one of the best public services in the region, the country's level of corruption and crime is very low, there is a simplified tax system and a rapidly growing infrastructure as well.
The meeting also touched on the theme of the hydropower potential of the country. (Trend.az)
