National Agency of State Property to launch large-scale cataloguing operation
Friday, January 9
The state cataloguing project will cover the whole country, First Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Dimitri Kumsiashvili stated at a press-conference on January 8.
According to him, the project aims to account for and register all state property throughout the country. The exact amount of state property will become known as a result of this process.
“Unused assets will still be involved in the economic flow. The project will promote acceleration of the privatization process which will become more transparent and influence the country’s economic development positively,”- Kumsishvili said. (IPN)
