North Atlantic Council in Georgia

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg and other high rank NATO officials are visiting Georgia, within the frames of North Atlantic Council (NAC).
Georgian Government and experts evaluate the visit as recognition of Georgia’s achievements on its way to eventually become NATO member.
NATO officials highlighted the issue of country’s defense ability and NATO’s significant contribution in this area.
This visit also stresses that North Atlantic Alliance recognizes Georgia as one of the most devoted and trustworthy partner.
Jens Stoltenberg had a meeting with Georgia’s PM Giorgi Kvirikashvili.
